Oil sediment separator ГЛ is designated for preliminary refining of vegetable oil from debris before filtration.

Purpose and application

Oil sediment separator ГЛ is designated for preliminary refining of vegetable oil from debris before filtration.
When oil with debris comes through spent grounds screen around 70 − 85% of debris is removed that consequently increases filter operation period between cleaning of filter elements by 3 − 4 times.
Oil sediment separator consists of vessel with installed scraper system and is driven by chain-operated gear motor.
Oil sediment separator can be one or two-section.
Design and manufacturing of spent grounds screens is carried out individually, considering required capacity, specification of oil to be refined and peculiarities of process equipment arrangement for certain production conditions.
