Frame filter-press

Frame filter-press of ФПР model series is designated for use on primary filtration stage (after coarse refining by spent grounds screen) of forepress and expeller vegetable oil.

Purpose and application

Frame filter-press of ФПР model series is designated for use on primary filtration stage (after coarse refining by spent grounds screen) of forepress and expeller vegetable oil from mechanical impurities (fine molder debris), fine suspension consisting of cellular tissue particles and also on freezing stage (elimination of wax compounds) and bleaching stage (elimination of coloring agents and heavy metals).
Frame filter-press is a welded structure consisting of stands with support beams and installed in certain order plates and frames with filter membranes from filtering fabric (belting). Frames are tightened by means of tightening screw.
Oil for refining is fed by pump into filter and passing through filtering fabric is refined and discharged through outlet branch. Frame filter-press is equipped with filter cake closed input and refined oil outlet system. Upon agreement with customer, Frame filter-press is additionally equipped by manometer, run-down box, pump assembly on the basis of pump НШ-10 with 0.55 kW electric drive.
