Extruders of ЭМ model series is used for manufacturing of highly-nutritious and digestible feeds from cereals, bean cultures and also manufacturing of combined feeds with dry additives for cattle stock, poultry and other domestic animals.

Purpose and application

Extruders of ЭМ model series is used for manufacturing of highly-nutritious and digestible feeds from cereals (wheat, rye, barley, oat, corn), bean cultures (pea, soya) and also manufacturing of combined feeds with dry additives for cattle stock, horses, pigs, sheep, poultry and other domestic animals. Due to sudden pressure drop on heated mass outlet and product volume increase is carried out resulting in readily availability for animals stomach enzymes effect (25 – 35% higher than usual), allowing to increase feed gain in comparison with traditions feed and significantly decrease life wastage volume. Extruder processing gives possibility to obtain high quality feed even from fungous and mould feedstock.

Extruded feeds has the following advantages:

- High digestibility – it means that feed requirement is lower;

- Sterility – this feature is especially useful in infanthood feeding;

- Perfect adsorbing properties – during feeding different enteric infections and sensations are neutralized;

- High feed gain – period of animal feeding decreases;

Low humidity – allows storing the feed during 6 months without changing its properties;

Use in dry state – without scalding, cost savings for heating and cleaning of feeding trough.

Extruders of ЭМ model series are made in 3 assemblies:

- For processing of cereals;

- For processing of bean cultures;

- Universal assembly.
