Semi-automatic machines ЗМ151ВМ, 3М152ВМ, 3М162ВМ, 3М162ВМ-01, ЗМ162ВМ-02 are equipped with programmable master controller that controls machine electrics. Asynchronous electric alternating current motors along with frequency converters in grinding stone feed gear and product rotary drive ensure faultless operation and machine reliability.
Semi-automatic machines for grinding of gentle cone surfaces are equipped with tilting top table and indicator for precise rotation angle reading.
Semi-automatic machine 3К152ВМФ20 is equipped with two-coordinate CNC system that controls grinding stone movement (X axis) and product movement (Z axis).
2 electronic handwheel for movement between coordinates X and Z makes machine setting and operation comfortable.
Wide range of process micro cycles allows to arrange grinding of any part.
The machine provides installation of in-process gages and alignment sensing apparatus for grinding of precision surfaces.
