Machines of this model series are designated for face grinding of cylindrical and cone surfaces with maximum diameter 800 mm, maximum length 2800 – 6000 mm and maximum weight 10000 kg.
Machines can carry out plunge and longitudinal grinding with automatic intermittent feed on table reverse.
Models 3М193 – 3М197 are heavy high precision OD grinding machines. Infinitely variable rotation, speed of longitudinal and cross feed movement control provides possibility to effect optimal grinding. Rolling screw-motion drive in feed mechanism guarantees high precision of grinding wheel movement for set dimensions, independent from loads applied to grinding wheel.
Machines are equipped with asynchronous electric alternating current motors with frequency converters and programmable master controller.
