Purpose and application

OD grinding machines are designated for external grinding of cylindrical and gentle cone surfaces by plunge and longitudinal grinding in manual and semiautomatic mode in custom, short-run and batch production.
OD grinding machine 3А164М is designated for longitudinal grinding with automatic cross-feed movement, effecting table reverse. Plunge grinding is possible only in manual cross-feed movement mode.
OD grinding machines 3М173М, 3М174М, 3М175М are designated for plunge and longitudinal grinding with semi-automatic control and possible manual control. Semi-automatic cycle is ensured by mechanical electric hydraulic control.
Upon agreement with the Customer, semi-automatic machines can be set for grinding of particular product.
